M2 Week 4: Zeitgeist

Understanding our place in history

Zeitgeist*—(German) The spirit or mood of a particular culture as defined by their ideas and beliefs of the time.*

Weekly Scripture Focus

Esther 4:14

For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?”

2 Corinthians 4:4 (ESV)

The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

There is a battle for Truth today. Pilate asked, “What is truth”, in John 18:38. That question still resonates. The John Thomas Scopes trial ran from July 10-July 21, 1925, and though Scopes was found guilty of teaching Evolution, which was against the law at that time, and ordered to pay a $100 fine, the trial was more of a stage. What was really on trial was the fundamental Christian beliefs of Creation versus Science. The consequence for that trial has been that Evolution has been taught in our school systems and colleges for nearly 100 years. The predominant curriculums today teach that Evolution is a fact, and not just an alternative belief to Creation.

We tell our children that Santa, the Easter Bunny, and the Tooth Fairy are real and then expect our children to decipher the difference between the Gospel and fairy tales. We’ve created a paradox within our culture that now questions everything and lacks a foundational Truth spectrum through which to accurately view God, Creation and our world. I’m not condemning anyone that plays the Santa game; I did it with my children when they were young, but looking back, I wish I hadn’t. Santa has godlike qualities, he’s benevolent and magically travels to every child’s home across the world in one night. He also judges between “naughty” and “nice” children. Personally, I wish I had told my children that Santa was a “game” we play, and not try to convince them that he was ever real. I should have read the Word to them more. That should have been the priority in my home, not the American Tradition of Santa.

Deuteronomy 6:4-9 (NIV Emphasis Added)

Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is One. And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.

*These words I am commanding you today are to be upon your hearts. * And you shall teach them diligently to your children and speak of them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. *Tie them as reminders on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. * Write them on the doorposts of your houses and on your gates.

Our job as men is to hold fast to the Word of God and pass it onto our children. Is playing the Santa game loving God with all your heart? That’s a question you’ll have to answer for yourself, but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. What does God say about Creation? What does God say is Truth? We find the Creation story in Genesis 1. As Christians, we may have the tendency to take what we believe for granted and forget what it ever felt like to question God, Creation and The Gospel.

didn’t create Adam an infant or a toddler. He created Adam the man. Adam was hungry the first day he was alive and therefore, there were mature trees with ripe fruit on them for Adam to eat. God made a mature earth, not an infant earth. It’s easy to see why scientists would be confused by the apparent age of the earth, but God’s Word is true. There is ample evidence that Creation happened just the way it was written in Genesis.

Predominant Truths

Postmodernism*—I define truth. Each has his own truth. Your truth may not be my truth. Since I define truth, I therefore define God.*

2018 Barna Survey

  • Only 17% of Adult Christians in the US believe that the Bible is the inherent Word of God.

  • 28% of Christians believe in the “New Spirituality”. All people pray to the same god or spirit, no matter what name they use for that spiritual being.

  • 27% of people believe that meaning and purpose come from becoming one with all that is. (Pantheism)

  • 32% believe that if you do good, you will receive good, if you do bad, you will receive bad.

Points to Remember:

  1. God did not give us a spirit of fear.

  2. We are more than conquerors

  3. We are sons of The King

  4. The Word gospel means “good news” the war is won.

  5. We have a place in history.

  6. Do not worry about one that can kill the body… (Matthew 10:28)

  7. God wants to prosper us. Not harm us. (Jeremiah 29:11) There was the land of Goshen in the Exodus during the plagues of Egypt. The Israelites didn’t feel the wrath of God and Revelation states that the elect won’t either.

  8. The wealth of the wicked will be laid up for the righteous. (Proverbs 13:22)

  9. God appointed our leaders just as He appointed Caesar and Pilate. (John 19:11)

  10. If the time is close at hand, what are we going to do about it? Run or Fight?

Our Enemy has Power: Satan’s Authority: Job 1:6-12

One day the angels[a] came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan[b] also came with them. The Lord said to Satan, “Where have you come from?” Satan answered the Lord, “From roaming throughout the earth, going back and forth on it.”Then the Lord said to Satan, “Have you considered my servant Job? There is no one on earth like him; he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil.”“Does Job fear God for nothing?” Satan replied. 10 “Have you not put a hedge around him and his household and everything he has? You have blessed the work of his hands, so that his flocks and herds are spread throughout the land. 11 But now stretch out your hand and strike everything he has, and he will surely curse you to your face.”12 The Lord said to Satan, “Very well, then, everything he has is in your power, but on the man himself do not lay a finger.” Then Satan went out from the presence of the Lord.

Power of Satan

  • Satan had access to Heaven

  • Satan had access to the throne room of God

  • Satan could control the weather, wealth and health once given permission by God

  • Satan is our great accuser

  • Could only access Job through permission from God

What Jesus Said About the End Times

Matthew 24:4-28 (NIV) Emphasis Added

Jesus answered: “Watch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many. You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains.

Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. 10 At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, 11 and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. 12 Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold,13 but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. 1And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

15 “So when you see standing in the holy place ‘the abomination that causes desolation,’[a]spoken of through the prophet Daniel—let the reader understand— 16 then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. 17 Let no one on the housetop go down to take anything out of the house. 18 Let no one in the field go back to get their cloak. 19 How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers! 20 Pray that your flight will not take place in winter or on the Sabbath. 21 For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now—and never to be equaled again.22 “If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened. 23 At that time if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah!’ or, ‘There he is!’ do not believe it.24 For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. 25 See, I have told you ahead of time.

26 “So if anyone tells you, ‘There he is, out in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here he is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. 27 For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. 28 Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather.

Seven Events that will Hasten Christ’s Return

  1. The Gospel preached to all nations (Matthew 24:14)

    • According to an October 2020 study by www.Wycliffe.org.uk

      • 1 in 5 people are still waiting for the Bible in their own language

      • 7360 languages are spoken in the world

      • 704 languages have the full Bible

      • 1551 languages have the complete New Testament

      • 1160 languages have some portion of the Bible

      • 2731 languages have active translation work.

  2. The Third Temple Built (2 Thessalonians 2:1-4)

2 Concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered to him, we ask you, brothers and sisters, not to become easily unsettled or alarmed by the teaching allegedly from us—whether by a prophecy or by word of mouth or by letter—asserting that the day of the Lord has already come. Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness[a] is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God.

  1. The Budding of the Fig Tree (Luke 21:29-32)

29 He told them this parable: “Look at the fig tree and all the trees. 30 When they sprout leaves, you can see for yourselves and know that summer is near. 31 Even so, when you see these things happening, you know that the kingdom of God is near. 32 “Truly I tell you, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. 33 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.

  • Israel became a nation May 14, 1948

  • Is that the “budding” or is “budding” a spiritual movement

  • Currently, Israel is about 2% Christian (According to www.pewresearchcenter.com, May 10, 2016)

  1. Egypt and Syria Coming to Christ (Isaiah 19:16-25)

16 In that day the Egyptians will become weaklings. They will shudder with fear at the uplifted hand that the Lord Almighty raises against them. 17 And the land of Judah will bring terror to the Egyptians; everyone to whom Judah is mentioned will be terrified, because of what the Lord Almighty is planning against them.18 In that day five cities in Egypt will speak the language of Canaan and swear allegiance to the Lord Almighty. One of them will be called the City of the Sun.[a]19 In that day there will be an altar to the Lord in the heart of Egypt, and a monument to the Lord at its border. 20 It will be a sign and witness to the Lord Almighty in the land of Egypt. When they cry out to the Lord because of their oppressors, he will send them a savior and defender, and he will rescue them. 21 So the Lord will make himself known to the Egyptians, and in that day they will acknowledge the Lord. They will worship with sacrifices and grain offerings; they will make vows to the Lord and keep them. 22 The Lord will strike Egypt with a plague; he will strike them and heal them. They will turn to the Lord, and he will respond to their pleas and heal them.23 In that day there will be a highway from Egypt to Assyria. The Assyrians will go to Egypt and the Egyptians to Assyria. The Egyptians and Assyrians will worship together.24 In that day Israel will be the third, along with Egypt and Assyria, a blessing[b] on the earth.25 The Lord Almighty will bless them, saying, “Blessed be Egypt my people, Assyria my handiwork, and Israel my inheritance.”

  • Egypt is between 9-10% Christian (ibid)

  • Syria is about 10% Christian (ibid)

  1. The 2 Lampstands or 2 Witnesses (Revelation 11:1-14)

11 I was given a reed like a measuring rod and was told, “Go and measure the temple of God and the altar, with its worshipers. But exclude the outer court; do not measure it, because it has been given to the Gentiles. They will trample on the holy city for 42 months. And I will appoint my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for 1,260 days, clothed in sackcloth.”They are “the two olive trees” and the two lampstands, and “they stand before the Lord of the earth.”[a] If anyone tries to harm them, fire comes from their mouths and devours their enemies. This is how anyone who wants to harm them must die. They have power to shut up the heavens so that it will not rain during the time they are prophesying; and they have power to turn the waters into blood and to strike the earth with every kind of plague as often as they want.

Now when they have finished their testimony, the beast that comes up from the Abyss will attack them, and overpower and kill them.Their bodies will lie in the public square of the great city—which is figuratively called Sodom and Egypt—where also their Lord was crucified. For three and a half days some from every people, tribe, language and nation will gaze on their bodies and refuse them burial. 10 The inhabitants of the earth will gloat over them and will celebrate by sending each other gifts, because these two prophets had tormented those who live on the earth.

11 But after the three and a half days the breath[b] of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet, and terror struck those who saw them. 12 Then they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, “Come up here.” And they went up to heaven in a cloud, while their enemies looked on.

13 At that very hour there was a severe earthquake and a tenth of the city collapsed. Seven thousand people were killed in the earthquake, and the survivors were terrified and gave glory to the God of heaven.

14 The second woe has passed; the third woe is coming soon.

Who are the 2 Witnesses/Lampstands?

  • There were 2 churches that weren’t admonished in Revelation 2-3. Are they the two lamp stands?

    • The Church of Smyrna

    • The Church of Philadelphia (Revelation 3:10) 10 Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world to test the inhabitants of the earth.

    • Is it possible the Church in Philadelphia are the collective churches of the US? Some scholars think so. The original capital was in Philadelphia and the Declaration of Independence was signed there. The Continental Congress met there until it was later moved to Washington, DC.

  • Are the 2 witnesses really men? If so, who are they?

  • Many believe Moses and Elijah while some scholars believe the two witnesses will be Enoch and Elijah since neither men died a physical death on earth. Hebrews 9:27 27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment.

  • What Happens During the 3.5 Years that the 2 Witnesses are on Earth?

    • An Outpouring of the Holy Spirit (v.5-6)

    • Power and authority from the Church (v.5-6)

    • The World will hate the church. (v.10)

    • The two witnesses will die and the whole world will see their bodies in full view. Will this be a physical death of two men that lie in the streets or will it be a symbolic death of the two churches, since Revelation 1 states that the lamp stands/witnesses reveals they are churches?

  1. The Antichrist Revealed (Revelation 13:5-10)
Read full passage

The beast was given a mouth to utter proud words and blasphemies and to exercise its authority for forty-two months. It opened its mouth to blaspheme God, and to slander his name and his dwelling place and those who live in heaven. It was given power to wage war against God’s holy people and to conquer them. And it was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation. All inhabitants of the earth will worship the beast—all whose names have not been written in the Lamb’s book of life, the Lamb who was slain from the creation of the world.[b] 9 Whoever has ears, let them hear.

“If anyone is to go into captivity,
    into captivity they will go.
If anyone is to be killed[c] with the sword,
with the sword they will be killed.”[d]

This calls for patient endurance and faithfulness on the part of God’s people.

  • He stands in the temple in Jerusalem. (2 Thessalonians 3:4)

  • Oppose everything that is of God (ibid)

  • All inhabitants of the Earth will worship him. (Revelation 13:8)

  • Will use signs and wonders (2 Thessalonians 3:9)

  • Requires the mark of the beast (Revelation 13:16-17)

  • The mark will be required to buy, sell or trade (ibid)

  • The antichrist will conquer God’s holy people (Revelation 13:6)

  • There will be suffering by the Church. “Into captivity they will go…” (Rev. 13:10)

  1. Revelation 12:1-2. An alignment in the stars.

Psalm 19:1 (ESV)

heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork. 2Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge.

Revelation 12 (NIV) Emphasis Added

A great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head. She was pregnant and cried out in pain as she was about to give birthThen another sign appeared in heaven: an enormous red dragon with seven heads and ten horns and seven crowns on its heads. Its tail swept a third of the stars out of the sky and flung them to the earth. The dragon stood in front of the woman who was about to give birth, so that it might devour her child the moment he was born. She gave birth to a son, a male child, who “will rule all the nations with an iron scepter.”[a] And her child was snatched up to God and to his throne. The woman fled into the wilderness to a place prepared for her by God, where she might be taken care of for 1,260 days. (3.5 years)

Then war broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven. The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.

10 Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say:

“Now have come the salvation and the power
and the kingdom of our God,
and the authority of his Messiah.
For the accuser of our brothers and sisters,
who accuses them before our God day and night,
    has been hurled down.
11 They triumphed over him
by the blood of the Lamb
    and by the word of their testimony;
they did not love their lives so much
    as to shrink from death.
12 Therefore rejoice, you heavens
and you who dwell in them!
But woe to the earth and the sea,
    because the devil has
gone down to you!
He is filled with fury,
because he knows that his time is short.”

13 When the dragon saw that he had been hurled to the earth, he pursued the woman who had given birth to the male child. 14 The woman was given the two wings of a great eagle, so that she might fly to the place prepared for her in the wilderness, where she would be taken care of for a time, times and half a time, out of the serpent’s reach15 Then from his mouth the serpent spewed water like a river, to overtake the woman and sweep her away with the torrent. 16 But the earth helped the woman by opening its mouth and swallowing the river that the dragon had spewed out of his mouth. 17 Then the dragon was enraged at the woman and went off to wage war against the rest of her offspring—those who keep God’s commands and hold fast their testimony about Jesus.

Has Revelation 12:1-2 Been Fulfilled?

September, 23, 2017

According to www.earthsky.org

On September 23, 2017 the sun will be in the zodiac constellation Virgo — “a woman clothed with the sun”. The moon will be at the feet of Virgo — “with the moon under her feet”. The ‘nine’ stars of the zodiac constellation Leo, plus three planets (Mercury, Venus, and Mars), will be at the head of Virgo — “on her head a crown of 12 stars”. The planet Jupiter will be in the center of Virgo, and, as the weeks pass after September 23, Jupiter will exit Virgo to the east, past her feet, so to speak — “She was with child and wailed aloud in pain as she labored to give birth”. Jupiter is the largest of the planets, the “king” of the planets, so to speak — “She gave birth to a son, a male child, destined to rule all the nations with an iron rod”.

Must this not be a sign of something momentous, as the Internet sources say? In fact, after researching it, I found that, in only the past 1,000 years, this same arrangement in the sky has happened at least four times, in 1827, 1483, 1293, and 1056.

Is it possible that Satan was just recently thrown out of Heaven and he’s been stirred up because his time is short? Many believe that the world seems very different today, and the spiritual tension is almost palpable. No one really knows but we should all be open and prepared for any possibility.

Revelation 12:10 (NIV)

And I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying, “Now the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of his Christ have come, for the accuser of our brothers has been thrown down, who accuses them day and night before our God.

Are we living in the last days? Wars, rumors of wars, floods, earthquake and famine? Jesus said that these ARE the birth pains. But the end is yet to come. So, what do we do until the end? The small book of Joel talks about a mighty army without number coming through the mountains. (Joel 1:6) An army swift, sure and resolute.

Joel 3:9-11

Proclaim this among the nations:
    Prepare for war!
Rouse the warriors!
Let all the fighting men draw near and attack.
10 Beat your plowshares into swords
and your pruning hooks into spears.
Let the weakling say,
    “I am strong!”
11 Come quickly, all you nations from every side,
    and assemble there.

Bring down your warriors, Lord!

Joel 1:14 says to, “Declare a holy fast; call a sacred assembly. Summon the elders and all who live in the land to the house of the Lord your God, and cry out to the Lord.”

Remember, what Mordechai told Esther? Esther 4:14, 14 For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?”

God made you for this time and this place. Your place in history is not a mistake. You are not anachronistic! If the Great Tribulation starts tomorrow, you were made for it! If we suffer, we suffer knowing that God bought us with a price. Millennium Men are not afraid of ushering in the New Heaven and New Earth because we know that something better awaits us all. Yes, we may be called to suffering but God’s grace is sufficient in all of our pain. (2 Corinthians 12:9) There is nowhere in the Bible that says that we won’t suffer. We may be spared from His wrath, but suffering will come, perhaps it is in the anguish of knowing loved ones that die and go to an eternal punishment apart from God but perhaps we will suffer physical hunger, scalding hot sun, captivity or death. Derek Prince says it best, “If you put a gun next to the temple of someone in a casket, they never flinch.” If we are dead to ourselves, dead to our own will, then we should not flinch in the face of tribulation or even Tribulation. We were bought with a price. Our lives are not our own.

The moment that Abraham bound Isaac is called the Akedah. It is the moment that talk meets action. Another way of saying it might be, it’s the moment when faith met works. I believe that God wants us to put what we love on the alter. He wants to make sure that we’re all-in! God showed us that He was all-in when He had His only Son beaten, bound and brought before Pilate. He was judged by a man He placed in authority and crucified on a hill He created. (Line from “So Will I” by Hillsong).

The question is, what do we love so dearly? For many years, I watched my daughters, literal gifts from God, grow up and as a Father, I wanted nothing more than to protect them from the evil and perils of this world. I drove a lot for my job and while driving, I daydreamed of having enough money one day to buy an island and take my girls away, living like Robinson Crusoe. I thought about how I’d equip the island with solar panels, dig a well and create defensive measures, escape routes and even thought up plans to defeat pirates!

That’s not what we’re called to do. Even though, as a Father, I wanted to protect my children from the outside world and keep them innocent and safe, that’s not what God wants us to do. We are called to seek and save that which is lost. We are called to go after the His lost children. At one time, I was one of the ninety-nine. Now, God has placed a mantle on me to train up shepherds and go fight for those in the grasp of the enemy. Think about it, if your child was lost, wouldn’t you use whatever legal means necessary to find them? Every man, woman and child is the image bearer of the Almighty God. God loves them so much, He sent His Son to die for them. God didn’t call His church to hunker down! He called His Church to crash the gates of Hell! (Matthew 16:18)

What Do We Do Now?

The point of prophesy is to NOT get too bogged down into one ideology or belief but to be open-minded enough to say, “God could do anything. My job is to be waiting, watching, preparing and making sure everyone I know is ready.”

Pray for the lost.

Pray with the lost.

Live a life worthy of His Name.

Listen to the Holy Spirit.

DO NOT BE AFRAID

Additional Comments:

  • Historians have concluded that Jesus died on the cross on April 3, 33AD. Could Jesus return on the Third Day, which would be anytime after April 3, 2033? (2 Peter 3:8 says that a day is like a thousand years to God and a thousand years, a day.)

  • Prior to His RETURN, there will be a 7-year period called the Great Tribulation.

  • The first part of the Great Tribulation is when the Two Lampstands or Witnesses will have power and authority on the Earth.

    • They will bring forth fire from heaven and have powers over the rain of the earth for 3.5 years.
  • THEN, the Anti-Christ will be revealed. He will reign 3.5 years.

  • No one knows the date or the hour, but we can figure out the year of the Lord’s return: It will be 7 years AFTER the 2 witnesses are revealed. Therefore, we may be able to calculate the year.

  • Understanding our role in these “end times” whether we are in just the birthing pains of the end times or about to enter the tribulation, is imperative for our focus. Our focus remains on what God has entrusted to us and those are the relationships, the roles that we currently play as husbands, fathers, leaders, brothers, friends and Millennium Men. So many places it says, not to worry about the end or not to worry period. Our job is to be sure in our zeitgeist. We need to understand our roles as men and be aware that the enemy is trying to disengage men, distill fear and confusion and knock us off track. He knows that men are powerful and we are warriors at heart. If he can keep us distracted and fearful, then he’s going to do it.

  • Fear is one of the tactics of the enemy. It seems like there has always been a cataclysmic event that was about to happen. When I was about eight years old, there was the Jupiter Effect. According to astronomers, in February of 1982, all the planets were going to line up in a row and the gravitational pull would be more than the sun could handle. All the planets would end up careening into outer space. The world was surely doomed. The planets did line up on February 13, 1982. Nothing happened.

  • The famines in Africa planted the fear in us that there were not enough food or natural resources on the earth to sustain our population.

  • There was the ozone layer crisis

  • Imminent nuclear holocaust due to the Cold War with the Soviet Union

  • The gas crisis of the Mid-70s, bank interest rates, inflation, the Iran Hostage situation, the Vietnam war protests… And yet, God was and is sovereign. For every bad situation, there was God in the midst, administering to people through the hands of His people. God called us to be fruitful and multiply and to subdue the earth. Anything less than that is buying into a fear that someone else is in control and NOT God. This is not a healthy way to think or live our lives. We are more than conquerors. (Romans 8:28) God IS Sovereign. We have to trust in Him to be our providers, our Jehovah Nissi, our victory, our Counselor, our ever-present help in a time of need. Proverbs 18:10, The name of the LORD is a fortified tower; the righteous run to it and are safe.

  • If you’re like me and you’ve always wondered where the Ark of the Covenant is ever since you watched “Raiders of the Lost Ark”. Here you go, I found it for you in Revelation 11:19.

    • 19 Then God’s temple in heaven was opened, and within his temple was seen the ark of his covenant. And there came flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder, an earthquake and a severe hailstorm.

Q: What is the Holy Spirit telling you about your place in history?

Q: Does the current geopolitical environment frighten you? What do you think you should do about it?

Q: Jesus warned us to be aware of false prophets and false messiahs. What can we do to be more discerning of what is truth?

Q: Do you feel that we are living in the “End Times”?
